GOOD William Delbert, age 89, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2000 in Tulsa, OK. Delbert was born September 13, 1910 in Prague, OK to William and Ora (Loafman) Good. Raised in Shawnee, Delbert graduated from Oklahoma A&M. While attending college he met his wife, Wanita Ellen Straw. The two married in the fall of 1933, to this union came their daughter, Jean. He and his family moved to the Tulsa area in the 40's. Delbert retired from the Amoco Research Center and Head & Johnson Patent Attorneys. He was involved in many organizations throughout Tulsa including: Past Worshipful Master of the Petroleum Lodge; Past Patron of the Supreme Council Order of the Amaranth, Charter member of the Tulsa Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Valley of Tulsa and a member of the Brookside Eastern Star. Survivors include wife, Wanita; daughter, Jean VanDall and husband, W.W VanDall; grandchildren, Jennifer Rex-Uhl and husband, Richard, Casey Goodwin and wife, Leslie, Jill Holland and husband, Duca and husband, Bill, Heidi Teague and husband, Michael; 19 great-grandchildren; great-grandchildren. Service for Delbert will be 11 a.m., Monday, May 15, 2000 at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in the Masonic Garden at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens. Floral Haven.
