Graduated from Thompson Centralized School with the class of 1924. After graduation she worked as a telephone operator, clerk with the Fruth Furniture Company, chief cook with the Sycamore School cafeteria from which she retired. She was also an advisroy coook for Camp Pittinger for many years. They belonged and attended the Mt. Zion Church and Sunday School for years but in later years became members of the Sycamore United Church of Christ. Christean was a member of Eastern Star and Legion Auxillary.
Sallie married Roy Sylvester Moyer, son of Adam Daniel Moyer and Katherine S Keister, on 25 Jun 1927 in Sycamore, OH.
