BRANT LAKE \endash Miss Lura E. Bolton, 70, of 939 Ligorio Ave,. Cincinnati, Ohio, died Thursday at the Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati following a short illness.
Born in Horicon, she had lived in Schenectady for over 20 years before moving to Cincinnati last October.
A registered nurse, Miss Bolton had been employed at the Heritage Home in Schenectady for many years and at one time had worked for the Wallace Co. there.
She was a member of the State Street Presbyterian Church, Schenectady.
Miss Bolton was the sister of the late Mrs. Verna Anker of Bolton Landing, who once owned the Anchorage Hotel there.
Survivors include a nephew, Robert C. McNeal of Cincinnati, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 10 a.m. in Baxter's Funeral Home, 40, North Brandywine Ave., Schenectady. Friends may call there Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
