I am assigning this child to Drew Straw who married Rosanna West on the basis that this child is buried in the same plot as they are...and Drew's sister in law's maiden name was Chesley....Rosanna and Drew's son Charles was born 22 months after the marraige so there would have been time for a previous child's birth...
There are no burial dates given by the cemetery but he had to be have born after Apr 1849 [the marriage date of his parents] He is not in the 1850 census so may have died prior to that ............or in between one of the census taken after 1850?
