FELTHAUSER RITES TUESDAY
Funeral services for Fredrick Valentine Felthauser will be held Tuesday at 2 P.M. at the Porter-Lett chapel with the Rev C. W. Gossard in charge. Burial will be at Wyuka cemetery. Mr. Felthauser died at the Duff Memorial Home in Nebraska City Saturday following a lengthy illness. He was born March 6, 1878 at Phelps City, MO, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Felthauser. In 1894 Mr. Felthauser married Elizabeth Goff in Nebraska City. He spent most of his life in the Nebraska City area and was a carpenter and cabinet maker. His wife preceded him in death in 1937 as a result of an automobile accident. Survivors include three sons, Fredrick, Nebraska City; Ray, Lincoln; Glen, Las Vegas, Nev; one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Hill, California; one sister Elena [sic] Wegner, Nebraska City. Two sons preceded their father in death. They were Olin and Gerald, who died of Korean War injuries.
