DEATH OF MRS. STRAW
Mrs. Marjorie Straw, widow of the late David Straw, one of the most prominent residents of Carey and Wyandot county, died Sunday morning, the news of her death reaching Norwalk yesterday through a telegram to her niece, Mrs. Louise Strong Culp. Mrs. Straw was, before her marriage, a resident of Plymouth. She was a sister of Mrs. Elijah Strong and of Fred W. Kirtland. She was a lady who was greatly beloved for her goodness and kindness. Her death is not only a great loss to her own immediate family, but to all who knew her.
Margery married David Straw, son of Samuel Cady Straw and Christena P. Staley, on 9 Nov 1871 in Wyandot County, Ohio. (David Straw was born on 28 Mar 1826 in Wyandot County, Ohio, died on 26 Apr 1894 in Urbana, Ohio and was buried in Spring Grove Cemetery in Carey, Wyandot County, Ohio.)
