Benjamin lived in Unity, NH 1810 per census (over 45 yrs of age) and living with him a wife (26-45), one son over 26 (John Moore Straw?), one son over 16 (James), two sons under 10 (Daniel and Robert) and 3 daughters under 10 (Betsey, Asenath and Susanna).
On Jan 18 1810, Benjamin Straw of Weare, husbandman, set up a life estate on land in Unity for his "honored father Samuel Straw of Weare". this was witnessed by Daniel a brother of Benjamin. Also he conveyed land in 1810 to John M. and James (his sons). Benjamin's name no longer on tax lists after 1813 (Beals)
1830 shows a Benjamin Straw age 60-70 living in Bradford, NH and he is alone in HH [wife died 1822]
