Funeral services for Eugene Straw, 81, Clinton, were held at 10:30 a.m. at Consalus Funeral Home. Burial was in Teays Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Straw died Friday morning, June 19 1987. He was a retired farmer and had lived at Truman Lake Manor in Lowry City. Survivors include his wife, Mabel, of the nursing home; one son, Gene Straw of Branson; one daughter, Treva S. Hall of Kansas City; two brothers, H. A. Straw of Parsons, KS and Wm. R. Straw of Plainview, TX.
This couple may also have had two children who died in infancy per Teays Chapel records of the mother Mabel JONES Straw.
