Research of wtripp5431 on www.ancestry.com states his wife was Barbara Jean Warren born c1921 and that the two children: Pamela and Stephen were by her. Since Stephen is Stephen Warren Straw this appears to have validity. (see obit to follow)

Hollis (Maine) - Clifton D. Straw 62 of Cape Road, Hollis died at his home Tuesday after a long illness.
He was born in Gorham, the son of Luther and Laura (Tripp) Straw. He attended Westbrook schools and the Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute, New York. He ws an Air force veteran of WWII.
Straw was a member of the Westbrook-Warren Congregational Church.
He was a 30 year member of the Warren Philipps Lodge.
He retired in December from Saunders Brothers, Westbrook where he had worked for many years as a machinist.
Surviving are his wife Pearl (Darling) Straw of Hollis; a son Steven W. Straw of Portland and a daughter Pamela A. Straw of Westbrook; his parents of Gorham.
