Mary E. Kasper Loos 83, of Indianapolis, passed away April 6, 2009. She was born October 11, 1925 in Madison, IN, the daughter of Charles N. and Laura Bloom Kasper. Mary and her husband Gus were the owners of Franklin Jewelers for 50 years, retiring in 1980. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and Moose Lodge # 17. Mary is the widow of Gerald V. Loos. She is survived by her children, Sharon L. Straw, Michael G., William R. Loos; sister, Teresa M. Claxton; brother, Charles, John Kasper; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday April 9, at 9 AM at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday April 8 from 4– 8 PM at the mortuary. Contributions may be made to Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
