Audrey Aerline Peterman was born August 11, 1916, on a farm, near Taloga, Oklahoma, to Clarence and Francis Young.
She was married to Melvin Perry Peterman, February 26, 1934, at her parents home, near Seiling.
They lived in the Canton, Seiling, and Oakwood communities following their marriage.
Audrey passed away, January 15, 1980, at Fairview, Oklahoma, at the age of 63 years, 5 months, and 4 days.
Survivors include her husband, Melvin, of the home in Oakwood; two daughters, Madelyn See, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and Janice Fergueson, Seiling, Oklahoma; two sons, Rev. Wesley Peterman, Laverne, Oklahoma, and Leslie Peterman, Hennessey, Oklahoma; two sisters, Hermie Freeman, Taloga, Oklahoma, and Arminda Cheshier, Claremore, Oklahoma; two brothers, Cecil Young, Putman, Oklahoma, and Esthmer Young, Showlow, Arizona; 4 granddaughters, 6 grandsons, 3 great grandsons, and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 1 brother.

Audrey married Melvin Perry Peterman, son of James Avery Peterman and Lillie Mae Straw, on 26 Feb 1934 in Seiling, OK. (Melvin Perry Peterman was born on 12 Nov 1915 in Oakwood, Oklahoma, died in 1993 and was buried in Munice Cemetery, Seiling, Dewey County, Oklahoma.)
