This is a probable son of Valentine Straw based on time and location and research of Jean Powell....jeanpowell@attcanada.net (a descendant and ggggg-grand daughter of Valentine Straw Sr.) He was born in Waterboro, York County, Maine which was at that time the Commonwealth of Massachusetts before being relinquished to the state of Maine. According to his death records he was ahouse joiner [house carpenter]
