Mary Hickey Passed away peacefully on Friday, October 12, 2012, at Oram' s Birchview Manon in Glovertown, Mary Rose Hickey at the age of 96 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her three sons: Don (Ruth), Pasadena, Bruce (Kay), Kippens and Ben (Marie), St. John' s; daughter: Mary (Earl) Roddick, Cull' s Harbour; 16 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law: Brenda Hickey, Toronto, ON; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Patrick (1999); son, Patrick (1987); sisters: Annie Downey, Ida Berkshire, Laura Hepditch and Maude Berkshire; brothers: Leo and John Parsons. Friends and family may visit Holy Rosary Parish in Pasadena on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9: 00 P. M.; from where the Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 16th at 2: 00 p. m. with Father Gordon Grace officiating. The interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
