Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, November 15, 2015, Aloysius "Wish" C. Brewer of Victoria, age 73 years. Predeceased by parents: William and Lillian; one son: Melvin; two brothers: Joe and Martin; one nephew: Rocky; Leaving to mourn, wife: Muriel; one daughter: Mary "Sis"; one step-daughter: Cathy (Jack); three sons: Darren, Rodney and Aloysius Jr.; three step-sons: Jim (Judy), Donnie (Denise) and Jody (Tracey); two sisters: Jane (Sam) and Rose; one sister-in-law: Theresa; three brothers: Kevin (Mary), Willie Mike (Wanda) and Peter (Ann); also a large number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews as well as other relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear on Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Funeral service to take place on Thursday, November 19 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Inurnment to take place at the United Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Aloysius "Wish" C. Brewer Memorial Fund, c/o Noel's Funeral home, 106 Water Street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A9.
