Know all men by these presents that I John Gerrill of Boscawen in the County of Hillsborough and state of New Hampshire Yeoman for and in consideration of the sum of fifty pounds lawful money well and truly paid by Charles Straw of Boscawen in the State and County aforesaid Yeoman the receipt whereof I have given granted sold and by these presents .... give grant sell convey confirm unto the said Charles Straw his heirs and assigns forever eighty acres of land situate in Boscawen aforesaid being the same more or less being that eighty acre lot in said Boscawen that was laid out to the original right of Moses Smith Numbered and bounded as by the proprietors book of Records may full appear reference thereunto being had.
To have and to hold the same with all the privileges to the same appertaining or in any wise belonging to him the said Charles Straw his heirs and assigns forever as an absolute estate of inheritance in fee simple and I the said John Gerrill my self my heirs executors and administrators do covenant engage to warrant and secure and defend the same to the said Charles Straw his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims or demands of any person or persons whatsoever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of March Anno Domini 1805.
