His name is really Olonzo Everett Straw and he married Minnie Hyatt. In the 1870 census he is listed as Alonzo E, age 14, and he is working for Samuel Cram in Garland, ME. He is the son of James Monroe Straw and Lorrainia P. LNU. James M. enlisted A Co. 12th Inf Reg. NH died wounds at Cold Harbor, VA on 0 June 1864. He & Lurania had 4 children: Ellewyn, Algie, Abigail & Evert O. In the 1870 census, Abbie, Alice and Evert are all farmed out and living with other families, so I assume Lurania died some time before the census.
