1916 he died by suicide and is bur in Ironville Cemetery.

1920 Crown Point Mary is a widow and living in HH of her son in law Wm Chase. also in the HH are Mary's married daughter Mary Moore Chase and Wm and Mary Chases's daughter Helen age 15.

1925 - Mary still livng in the Chase HH

1930 - She is not listed but according to family history she was living with her sister Ella. (Mrs. Ella Vial Helms, of Port Henry)and this is verified by her obit
