MANCHESTER, NH- "A case..... wil be heard...in which Mrs Hannah F. Straw of this city seeks to eject the parties occupying the Manchester One Price Clothing Store..the case dates back to 1881. At that time Mrs Hannah F.Straw gave a lease to Franklin B. Daniels...for five years with right of renewal for another five years...lease renewed in 1886 with...covenant for renewal in five years.
Mrs Straw now refuses to renew the lease claiming Manchester One Price clothing store is not now the original company that made the first lease and has no right to renewal."
