Seeking info on Great grandmother, Annie Smart, Carter. All I know is she had a daughter by first husband?named Winifred Smart. Winifred, was supposedly born in Exeter, N.H.,in Oct.1882.
She probably lived in Mass. before moving to Maine where she died.
