GAINESVILLE, Texas -- Services for Overbrook native Ben F. Johnson, 94, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Clement-Keel Funeral Home, Gainesville, Texas. Interment will be at New Rest Haven Cemetery.
Johnson died March 15, 1997, in the Gainesville hospital. He was born Jan. 25, 1903, at Overbrook Indian Territory, to Bejiman L. and Bertie E. Johnson.
He and Thelma F. Sadler were married Sept. 17, 1930, at Durant.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a daughter, Carolyn Straw, Richardson, Texas; and two granddaughters.
