The 1882 plat map for Springfield Twp, Gallia County, OH
shows a D. Frederick owning 93 acres in the SW corner of
section 36 this is probably Dora's Father's place, but
I have not yet confirmed this. I know Dora was born in
Gallia Co. and will show her as being born in Springfield
TWP until proven wrong.

There she lived with Nola (Frederick) Blows in Soquel until her death .1
Inurnment, IOOF Mausoleum. Her death notice appeared in the Nov
12, 1962 Santa Cruz Sentinel and indicated that she was survived
by son Maurice F. Kerr, nieces Nole E. Blows and Maude Snider,
one grandchild and one great-grandchild. This notice was most
likely placed in the paper by her niece Nola E. Blows, whom she
was living with at the time, and is interesting because of what
was not included. She does not name the grandchild, Robert
Maurice Kerr or the fact that Dora did in fact have three
grandchildren, two of which she had met.
Dora's ashes were rec'd by SC Memo Park from Smith's Chapel
16 Nov. 1962. Located in N-12, lower bottom right hand above floor.
