ELLEN CULVER KENNEDY MEMOIRS 1928
Culver, Priscilla (sister to Franklin)
Married Thomas Bay date unknown
Children: Jim, Huldah, Elisha, Oliver, A Little Babe, John, Edward, Lucy, and twins Sherman and Shinda (Jan's note -- 1880 census shows a child named Grant -- same age as Sherman)
"I do not know when my Aunt Priscilla married Thomas Day (note: should be Bay), but I think it was not long after mother's passing. They owned a farm west of us about 1/2 mile. They had a large family. Jim, Huldah, Elisha, Oliver. A little babe, John, Edward, and Lucy were born in Delaware Co. Then when Lucy was a baby they moved to Garden Grove, Iowa, near Uncle Azel (?) Culver's (note: probably Asahel Culver)."

Looking for the family of Thomas and Priscilla Culver Bay, born in Ohio.
Children born in Iowa, family migrated to S.Dakota and Grant and Sherman to Wyoming. Grandfather Edward farmed in Rapid City area then on to California. Lucy went to Wyoming and unsure about what happened to John or Priscilla. I have gotten in touch with my Wyoming family, but we are still wondering what happened to Priscilla and her oldest son John. I don't think she made it to S. Dakota, or she never left. Last heard of John, he was trapping and running cattle in North s.Dakota, but no one seems to know anymore. The rest of the family is accounted for. We would also welcome any info on the Culver family, we have no info on them. Love to share what I know of this branch of Bays!
