Research of Allen Gregg sent June 2006 - his occupation in 1908 was that of Chauffeur and auto rebuilder
Family lore claims he was a half breed Mohawk Indian but I find nothing in his line to indicate that. His daughter also claims that his marriage to Mary lasted only about 6 months when she discovered he was
"seeing another woman so she got a divorce as soon as possible....he was a
smart man. He made the engine for the Duesenburg car years ago and held the
patent on it and made lots of money."
