COLUMBUS DAILY ENQUIRER - 27 May 1891
"Mrs Laura Green of Savannah, has been granted an absolute divorce from Douglass Green, of the former firm of Green and Bateman, brokers in New York. Green deserted his wife for Mrs Alice Snell-McFrea[McCrea]-Young, divorced of Chicago and after entering in a bigamist marriage with her took her to Europe.Green put in no defense to his wife's suit for the reason, possibly, that he had none."

1910 - can't locate her

1920 - I found a Laura Green age 52 born NH with father b. MA and mother b.NH living in Alpine, Bergen, NJ who says she is widow with a 20 yr old daughter named Laura and servants, it is interesting to note that Dougalss Green is living in Alpine in 1910 and widowed and by 1920 his daughter Mildred by his 2nd wife is living with her mother's relatives in Wash. DC.. Douglass died 1911 in NYC

Laura married Douglass Green, son of Charles Green Sr. and Lucinda Ireland Hunton, on 7 Nov 1878 in Manchester, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. (Douglass Green was born on 30 Oct 1855 in Greenwich, Virginia, died on 12 Nov 1911 in New York City, Kings County, New York and was buried in Greenwich Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Virginia.)
