Randal Tyson, son of the founder of Tyson Foods Inc., died Friday. He was 34.
The cause of death was listed as asphyxiation, Washington County Coroner Bill Myers said. Mr. Tyson's body was discovered by his wife, Barbara, several hours after he apparently had choked on a cookie, the coroner's office said.
Mr. Tyson was vice president for market introduction and development at Tyson Foods Inc., the nation's largest poultry producer. He was the son of Tyson's founder John Tyson and the brother of company chairman Don Tyson of Springdale. Mr. Tyson had no children
