Doris passed away Wednesday morning February 15, 2006 at her Millington residence with her family at her side.
Doris was born in Millington on Mar. 14, 1922 and was the daughter of LaVerne & Golda (Jobson) Ostrander. Doris was married to Norman Narsted and Norman died in Mar. of 1945 while serving our country during WW II. Doris later married Mr. Harold J. Gregory on July the 4th, of 1946. Harry and Doris celebrated many wonderful years of marriage before his passing in 1986. Doris was employed for many years with Super Foods Inc. as a programmer until her retirement in 1988. She also served her community of Millington as the village treasure for ten years. Doris leaves her family, extended family and friends to cherish her memory.
Children;
Ken & Veronica Gregory, John & Kathy Narsted, Margaret & Bill O'Keefe, and Sandy & Jack Jackson. Ten grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Three sisters and a brother in-law Wanda Straw, Mary Lou & Jim DuBois, and Evagene Barber. Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
Doris married Norman Narsted. (Norman Narsted died in Mar 1945.)
Doris next married Harold J. Gregory on 4 Jul 1946. (Harold J. Gregory died in 1986.)
