COLLINS, Ignatius (Nish) P. - Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Palliative Care Unit on October 22, 1996 after a courageous and graceful battle with cancer. Reunited in God's waiting arms with predeceased daughter Sharon (Sept. 8/72) and brother Pat (Sept. 16/80). Leaving to mourn best friend and devoted wife of 41 years, Mary (Mills); five sons: Nish (Cindy), Jerome (Tish), Phil (Judy), Ron (Jacqui) and Shaun; four granddaughters: Jennifer, Allison, Susan and Lindsay; brother Mike (Glady), Toronto; sisters: Mary Traverse and Tilly Traverse (Frank); and step-mother Flora Gambin, Placentia; sisters-in-law: Gertrude Dowden (Angus), Rita Pittman (Dan); brothers-in-law: Tom Mills (Marge), Frank Mills (Rita), Kevin Mills (Karen), Vince Mills (Elizabeth), Ron Mills, Vancouver, Cyril Mills (Cynthia); many nieces, nephews and a wide circle of beloved friends. Sincere appreciation is extended by Mary and the boys to everyone for their love and support throughout. A special thanks to the staff and volunteers of the St. Clare's Palliative Care Unit. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home Wednesday, October 23rd at 4:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 24th from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 25th at 11 a.m. from St. Patrick's Church.
