CAUL, Richard A. - Passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 17th, 1998, Richard A. Caul of Southern Harbour, formerly of Davis Cove, age 72 years. Predeceased by son Leonard, 1989; and three grandchildren: Rodney, Andrew and Lucas R.E. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his loving wife, Theresa, of 46 years; six sons: Raymond (Rose), Vincent, Leo (Verna), Martin (Holly), Peter (Beverley) and Earl (Alvena); three daughters: Maria Kearley (Charles), Pauline Hodder (Norman) and Rita Warren (Albert); 16 grandchildren; and daughter-in-law Jenny; one sister Alice Hepditch; one brother James and wife Marie at Burin; one brother-in-law John Morris at St. John`s; also special friend Kevin King; also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Fewer`s Funeral Home, Arnold`s Cove. Funeral Mass 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20th, 1998 from Christ The King Church, Southern Harbour. Interment to follow at Roman Catholic Cemetery, Southern Harbour.

Richard married Theresa Morris, daughter of John Morris and Mary McQue, in 1952 in Newfoundland, Canada. (Theresa Morris was born in 1930 in Bar Haven, Newfoundland, died on 26 Sep 2011 in Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville, Newfoundland and was buried in Roman Catholic Cemetery, Southern Harbour, Newfoundland.)
