BROWNE (Brennan), Mary - Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, surrounded by her loving family on Monday, April 4, 2011, aged 94 years. The last member of her family from Little Paradise, Placentia Bay. Predeceased by her husband Patrick Isadore (Dore) in 2000, her son Cyril, her parents John and Annie Brennan, her brothers: Thomas, Dolph, Jack and Harold and her sister Marguerite (Gerald). Left with fond and loving memories are her sons: Raymond, Frank, Jack and Pat; her daughters: Marguerite and Mary; her daughters-in-law: Rita, Phyllis, Theresa and Karen; her sons-in-law: Tom Greene and Ambrose Bennett; fifteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law: Catherine Brennan, St. John's, Nora Brennan, St. Bride's, Agnes Hickey, Dunville; brother-in-law Edward Browne, Long Harbour; her special caregivers: Lily, Joan and Mary; as well as many nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Tuesday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Thursday, April 7th at 9:30 a.m. from Mary Queen of the World Church, Topsail Road. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Mary married Patrick Isadore Browne, son of James Browne and Elizabeth Hayes. (Patrick Isadore Browne was born on 17 Oct 1910 in Bar Haven, Newfoundland, died on 2 Apr 2000 in Long Harbor, Newfoundland and was buried in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Topsail Road, St. John`s.)
