St. Fintans
Passed away suddenly August 11th in his 73rd year. He leaves to mourn his wife Freda, three sons Hugh, Douglas and Malcolm, all of St. Fintans, two daughters Vera Bruce and Emeria Power, both of Stephenville, 22 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, one brother J. Alex, Stephenville, four sisters, Vera, Stephenville; Ann Kent, St. Fintans; Catherine Turner, Corner Brook; Sister Emeria, St. Patrick's Home, St. John's. The funeral Mass will be held 3 p.m. today from St. Fintans Church with interment in the church cemetery at the Highlands.
