GREENE, John Joseph - Passed peacefully away on January 31, 1999, at the Hoyles Escasoni Complex, John Joseph Greene in his 61st year, of Cape Broyle, formerly of Presque, P.B. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Mary (Kane); his children: Janet Furey (Des), Rita and Rodney; two precious granddaughters: Amy Furey and Chesley Greene; one sister, Rita Parsons (Cletus); four brothers: Tom (Marguerite), Steve (Sandy), Jimmy (Carolann), and Gerard (Norma); mother-in-law Marie Kane; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and many other relatives and friends. Resting at Ryan`s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. Funeral following Mass of Christian Burial from the Immaculate Conception Church, Cape Broyle, on Wednesday, February 3, at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Our Lady of Capes Cemetery, Cape Broyle.
