ROBERTS, Marcella Veronica (nee Connors) - Of Merasheen Island. Passed quietly away on Monday, February 17, 2003, age 78 years. Predeceased by husband, Edgar (Shan) Roberts; brothers Albert and Lambert, and sisters: Lillian and Winnie. She will be dearly missed by her daughter Jennie (Joe). Leaving to mourn her sons: Dave (Wilhelmina), Allen (Beverly) and daughter Cynthia; her special grandson David (Marie); as well as many grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A special thank-you to the staff and volunteers at St. Lukes Home. She lived her life openly and honestly and was loved by all who knew her. Resting at Caul`s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday, February 21, 2003, at 9:30 a.m. from St. Teresa`s Church. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer`s Society.
