The only other Straws bur in this cemetery are Eleazer Straw and wife Elizabeth Thompson. Phoebe does not appear in any census with them so is probably not their daughter. Researching I found no evidence of a Phoebe Straw in any census..no Phoebe Shaw either..no marriage records for her under the maiden name of Straw or Shaw to unknown Stearns. The burials of other Stearns in the same cemetery do not indicate any of them were her husband.
Phoebe married Stearns.
