Dorothea is survived by her beloved husband, Howard; her children, Jeffrey (Iris) of Pahoa, Hawaii, James (Barbara) of Kiel, Gail (Don Catalano) of S. Burlington, VT, and Jeanne (Jan Fournier) or Waukesha; grandchildren Denise of British Columbia, Pamela (Torre) Danen of Sheboygan, Paul (Sharron) of Sheboygan, Jennifer and Adriana Catalano of S. Burlington, VT; great-grandchildren Joy and Lee Jarvis and Lauren and Lindsay Danen; brothers Paul and Neal and sisters Helena and Myra. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Helena Rathke; brothers Samuel and Tim; sisters Renata, Pauline, Lydia, Ruth, Julia and Victoria. There will be a private memorial services.
