DOB POB for Josephine and Fred was given. He describes himself as age 42 with grey and brown hair and 5' 91/2 " tall. Has brown eyes with thin face and grecian nose. No photo.

I found a Fred Straw who m. Anna Elizabeth Sawtelle d/o Miranda Jane Derby (b. 1856; d. 1881 E. Boston; bur Woodlawn Cem, Clinton, MA) and Unknown Sawtelle. They were m. 15 Dec 1880 in Clinton, MA by Rev Charles Noyes. Fred may have been born in Lancaster, MA. on 2 April 1854
