Betty Jane Straw passed peacefully from this life Thursday, March 9, 2006, at her home in Cayucos.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 13, 2006, at the Atascadero Elks Lodge, 1516 El Camino Real. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at at Loma Vista Memorial Park in Fullerton, Calif.
She was born in Fullerton, Calif. in 1924, married Gilbert Straw and had three children. She moved to Atascadero in 1989, and was active in the Elks and Emblem Club. She is survived by two children, five grandchildren, one great- grandchild, and countless friends and loved ones.
