He married first to Ann Mariah Berry on 13 Apr 1863 and divorced her 5 June 1866. They had one son named Wm Robinson.
Note: During the Civil War he was a soldier in the 5th N.H. Regiment, and then in the N.H. Cavalry. He suffered intensely, at Shipping Point, of sickness, at close of his first enlistment, and barely reached home alive. He moved to Wautoma, Waushara, Wisconsin in 1867 and was a farmer.
Daniel married Ann Mariah Berry on 13 Apr 1863 in Barnstead, Belknap County, New Hampshire. The marriage ended in divorce on 5 Jun 1866. (Ann Mariah Berry was born before 1847.)
Daniel next married Abbie Charlotte Straw, daughter of Rufus Buswell Straw and Sarah Grace Gove, on 27 Feb 1867 in West Springfield, Merrimack County, NH (or Concord, NH). (Abbie Charlotte Straw was born on 27 Sep 1851 in Hopkinton, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, died on 4 May 1915 in Dakota, Waushara, WI and was buried in Wautoma Cemetery, Waushara County, Wisconsin.)
