LOWELL SUN - Friday 2 april 1937 Mr. and Mrs. Wooclbury Fiske Howard of 751 Andover street, have announced the marriage of Mr. Howard's sister, Miss Charlotte Straw Howard, to Dr. Frederick Alton Webster of Rumford, R. I., which will take place tomorrow at 12 o'clock at the Howard home. Miss Howard is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Straw Howard of this city.
