Lorenzo and Rosanna were married at the home of her brother Samuel and their witnesses were Thomas Houghton Underwood (another of her brothers) and Mary Ann McKinstry (her relationship to the couple unknown by me).

Thursday, January 26, 1911
Lorenzo Hemingway, an old resident of
the town of Horicon, died Friday of
cancer, at the home of his daughter,
Mrs. Hiram Ross. He was eighty-eight
years old and is survived three sons
and three daughters Lorenzo Hemingway,
Jr., of Horicon; Hiram, of Chestertown;
David, of Fort Edward; Mrs. Jeptha
Bennett, of Warrensburgh; Mrs. Morris
Wilson and the daughter mentioned.
The funeral was held Monday from the
home.

Lorenzo married Rosanna Underwood, daughter of Oliver Underwood and Maria Nichols, on 29 Mar 1848 in Residence Of Samuel Underwood; Poss Marlboro, VT. (Rosanna Underwood was born on 28 Jan 1821 in VT, died on 9 May 1900 in Horicon, Warren County, New York and was buried in Brant Lake Cemetery in Horicon, New York.)
