Royal Mitchell Bennett 68 of 16 Catherine St died at 6:30 pm Saturday in Glens Falls Hospital after an illness of two months Mr Bennett was employed by Rogers and Carleton Inc for 39 years and was custodian of the junior high school for the Hudson Falls Central School System for 10 years. Surviving are his wife Irene Brown Bennett a daughter Mrs.Curtis Peck of Chestertown a grandson Robert Curtis Peck of Chestertown a brother Wilfred Bennett of Flushing L.I. four sisters Mrs.Ellen Bennett of Hudson Falls Mrs. Nellie Cross of Albany Mrs. Oleva Hendrickson and Mrs Evalina Reiniger Glens Falls and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Carleton Funeral Home 68 Main St from 7 to 9 tonight the funeral will be conducted tuesday at the convenience of the family by the Rev Donald Lewis Interment will be in Union Cemetery Fort Edward NY
