wife is nee Leighton but is buried as a Betsey D.Clark Straw. Her sister Patience married a Clark and the two sisters are bur in same Clark plot.

Clark married Betsey D. Leighton, daughter of William Hale Leighton and Comfort Weeks. (Betsey D. Leighton was born on 16 May 1833 in Danville, Caledonia County, Vermont, died on 6 Apr 1883 in Strafford twp, and was buried in L Center Strafford Cemetery Strafford, Strafford County, New Hampshire, USA.). The cause of her death was epilepsy.
