John Dodge Straw born 7 Dec 1794 in Bath, Grafton Co, NH (could be one of the 3 males born 1790-1800)
A daughter Lucy may be the daughter born 1790-1800.
He may be the s/o John Straw and Abigail. Bath, NH and Barnet, Vt are very close communities
Research of Mava Robinson ( MROB6813@aol.com ) indicates a Lucy Straw, d/o Moses Straw who married Charles Titcomb/Stickney (he changed his name when enlisting in army during War of 1812. Titcomb was wounded and on the Pension list of 1840 appearing under the name of "Charles Stickney, age 42, lives in Grafton, Grafton Co. NH. His children include Wm Welch Stickney; Charles Stickney; Sarah Stickney who married Daniel Steele of "Thornton"; Moses Stickney who died young; Lucinda Stickney married Eben Bennett and r. in Illinois; Daniel Stickney and John Stickney, unm.

Also found in census 1810 of Bath, Grafton County, NH a Moses STREW (could this be a mispelling or an intentional changing of spelling of the surname?) the HH shows no males 0-10; 1 male 10-16; 2 males 16-25 and 1 male 45 or older. The females are 2 that are 0-10; 1 that is 10-16; 0 that are 16-25 and 1 that is 26-45 who could be a wife? the name STREW persists in the Barnet records and I found the following:
Moses STREW married Anna Sylvester 17 January 1822 in Barnet.
Walter STREW born 1885 and died 19 November 1960 and is buried in McIndoe Falls, VT
Walter STREW married lena J.Batchelder 19 October 1910 in Caledonia County, VT and their child is Frank Melbourne STREW born September 1912 in Barnet, VT.
Walter STREW married 1 January 1942 to #2 Gertrude L Flinn and they had daughter June Lela born 2 March 1943.
