Native Of City Dies; Service At Cathedral
Mrs. Marvin Sauerbrei Expires At 41; Rites To Be Friday
Funeral services for Mrs. Marvin Sauerbrei, 41, of 508 N. Hickory St., who died Wednesday morning at St. Agnes Hospital, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul, Very Rev. John E. Gulick, dean, officiating. Burial will be in Estabrooks Cemetery.
Born Feb. 15, 1926, in the city, she was the daughter of Leland L. and Minnie Hall Hilbert. She was marriad to Mr. Sauerbrei July 11, 1953. Mrs. Sauerbrei was a member of the Cathedral Church of St. Paul.
Survivors include three sons, Michael and Donald McCaffrey, and James Sauerbrei, all residing at home; her father, city; and one sister, Mrs. Virginia Goldapske, city. She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother.
The body is in state at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Marvin (Cordelia) Sauerbrei, who died Wednesday, were held at 9:30 a.m. today at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul, Rev. Duane R. S. Mills officiating. Pallbearers were Harold Schuch, Donald Furman, Robert Fischer, Robert Stroebel, Charles Amrhein and Alfred Steffen. Burial was in Estabrooks Cemetery.
