Phebe married Stephen Greeley Spaulding, son of Stephen Spaulding and Martha Greeley Foster, on 8 Dec 1793 in Salisbury, Addison County, Vermont. (Stephen Greeley Spaulding was born on 28 Oct 1764 in Nottingham West (Hudson), Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, died on 19 Oct 1853 in Crown Point, Essex County, New York and was buried in Nichols Cemetery - Crown Point, Essex County, New York.)
