Margery was first married to John DeWeese Blosser on December 29, 1934 at Pickaway County, Ohio. They were only married three months when he died. She married # 2, Frank E. Simpson about 1941 at her father's house in Circleville, Pickaway County, Ohio (see picture). Her parents were Dr. Dudley Vattier Courtright and Nellie Louise Straw. At the time of her death, Margery lived in Zionville, IN, but died at the hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

Margery A. Courtright Simpson, 88, Zionville, died Dec. 12. She was a homemaker. She was the widow of Frank Simpson; children, Mary K. Ness, Frank D. Simpson; four grandchildren. Flanner & Buchanan Carmel Mortuary is handling arrangement.

Margery C. Simpson
Margery C. Simpson (nee Courtright), formerly of Chillicothe, (born Sept. 3, 1912 in Circleville, Ohio)died at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis on Tuesday, December 12.
Margery, known as Peggy, was the wife of the late Frank Simpson, former Chillicothe City Solicitor. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Katheryn Hodges-Nees and her husband, Bob of East Lansing, Michigan; her son, Frank Dudley Simpson and his wife, Susan of Zionville, Ind; and her grandchildren, Ian and Hilary Hodges and Halle and Scott Simpson.
A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, Chillicothe on Friday, Dec. 15, at 2 p.m. Flowers may be sent to the church or donations may be made to the Peter J. Blosser Memorial Scholarship Fund or to the First Presbyterian Church.
