Arthur J. Straw, 75, of South Gorham died very suddenly at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Marion Prescott, 24 Feb at Hollis Center. He was born in Limerick, the s/o Luther F. and Sarah Whitcher Straw...retired farmer...lived in Limerick until 1910...moved to South Gorham...silver star member of North Scarborough Grange.
Survived by sons Luther F. of Cumberland Mills and Robert A. of South Gorham; three daughters: Marion L. Prescott of Hollis; Lillian T. Butler of Gorham and Shirley E. Merry of North Scarboro; 12 grand children and one great grand daughter; one brother William H. Straw of Newfield.
