Jeanne attended grade schools in Saratoga and Troy. She graduated from Catholic High and attended and graduated from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY with a BS in Mathamatics. She is married and has three children. After college she pursued a career as an insurance actuary and worked in Hartford, CT and for Farm Family Ins Co in Delmar, NY
