Being sick and weak in body
To my wife Hannah Dyer, the income of I /3 of all my homestead with all my bldgs and all the privileges thereunto belonging, with all my farming tools, utensils and h/h furniture, likewise all my live stock except I yoke of oxen, and all the notes of hand and all that is due to me on accompts, to hold dur her widowhood; provided she should marry, the bef mentioned bequest except the income shall be div eq among my 4 sons hereafter named together.
