Larry James Straw, 53, died Sunday.
A retired tech sergeant of the Air Force and veteran of the Vietnam War, he was born Jan. 15, 1944, in Gatesville, Texas, was employed with Circle K Stores, and a 10-year resident of Las Vegas.
He is survived by his wife, Miriam of Las Vegas; daughter, Jennifer of Austin, Texas; son, Jerome of Las Vegas; mother, Lois of Austin; and brothers, Howard of Belton, Texas and Kenneth of Austin.
Visitation will be 6 to 7 p.m. today with services at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary-Henderson followed with graveside services in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Park.
