In the photo he is the man to the right in the balloon.
Cemetery records indicate an Albert Straw born 6 Aug 1855 and died 6 Dec 1918 who is buried in the same row (H) and lot (2) as Chester M. is. There is a photo of the headstone that clearly shows DOB as 1855 [Chester has a brother b. Mar 1855 so it is not a brother.....his son Charles Albert b. 1885] Probably known by family and friends as Albert.
